i see below errors when creating database in my exchange 2016 environment. ( we are doing 2010 to 2016 exchange migration . Im part of Enterprise admins and schema admins. Im indirectly part of organization management group as my enterprise admin group is part of organization management group.)
Adding database :

Adding Databasecopy ( on to the passive server)
The seeding operation failed. Error: An error occurred while running prerequisite checks. Error: The specified database isn't configured for replication and therefore cannot be used to perform seed operations. [Database: DB02, Server: EXC1.example.com]
Could anyone please guide me in right direction to fix the issues.
